By registering for a lecture or interacting with our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for lectures or use our services.
1. About Life Improvement
Life Improvement is operated from 701 Montgomery St, San Francisco. We provide educational lectures, courses, and workshops primarily focused on topics such as “The Power of the Subconscious Mind” to the general public.
2. Lecture Registration and Communication
2.1. Registration Data: When you register for a lecture, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and SMS (mobile phone) number.
2.2. Lecture-Specific Communications: By registering for a lecture, you consent to receive necessary communications related to that specific lecture, including but not limited to: * Lecture confirmation * Reminders * Updates * Changes to schedule or venue
2.3. Future Communications (Marketing): By registering for a lecture, you also consent to receive future communications from Life Improvement regarding more lectures, courses, and workshops that may be of interest to you. These communications may be sent via email and SMS at a frequency of approximately once bi-weekly.
2.4. Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of future marketing communications at any time: * For SMS: You can opt out of SMS communications by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. * For Email: You can unsubscribe from email marketing communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of our emails.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. All content provided by Life Improvement during “The Power of the Subconscious Mind” lectures, and any other lectures, courses, or workshops, including but not limited to presentations, slides, handouts, audio, video recordings, and verbal content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Life Improvement.
3.2. You are strictly prohibited from: * Recording (audio or visual) any part of our lectures, courses, or workshops. * Distributing, reproducing, publishing, or sharing any lecture content in any form. * Using any lecture content for commercial purposes or creating derivative works, without the express prior written permission of Life Improvement.
4. Lecture Changes and Cancellations
4.1. Life Improvement reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the content or speakers of any lecture, course, or workshop at its sole discretion.
4.2. In the event of a cancellation or significant reschedule, registered attendees will be notified promptly via SMS and email using the contact details provided during registration.
5. Disclaimers
5.1. Educational Purpose: The lectures, courses, and workshops provided by Life Improvement are for educational and informational purposes only. 6.2. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Life Improvement for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services exceed the amount of CAD $0 (since no fees are collected).
